I was not at all happy with Southtree. It took them more than 3 months for them to send me the digitized copies. They could not track my supplemental payment for extra tapes until I asked them about delivery. The order number could never be found on their website for tracking progress. I have to write to them every time. On the plus side, they were responsive but there was little information content in their emails.

I will never use their service again.
