Car salesman was professional and very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my Chevy! Thank you George Gunter. Hall Chevrolet has some of the nicest people you'll meet, they took care of my every need and answered every question I had. Also want to give a thanks to Ernest.
Usually service is excellent but today I came in for an oil change. About 20min before my car was ready for pick up, Chris called me after they had provided the free alignment check and asked me if I wanted to go ahead and get it taken care of. I was under the impression that it would be free since he had not explained that it would be $99. Once I got there he explained the amount I owed and I was puzzled. Not once on the phone did he tell me the amount, of so I would have gladly declined. He told me to come back and see him after I go my keys, needless to say I will not be coming back to see Chris. The credibility I have in him is gone. I still love my impala, will just be going somewhere else from now on.
