Technical issue: while driving the car using lane ...

Technical issue: while driving the car using lane assistance and cruise control features on the car suddenly changed the lane or drag you in any direction. ( Please any Toyota Rav 4 user find the same issue please contact me ).

I would rather give no star if there is an option for that. I bought my first ever brand new Toyota Rav 4 2020 model from this place. People here they were seems to be so much friendly and supportive in the first place. Once they have sold their car to you, you became nothing to them. I found one technical issue in the brand new car that to at the very first day after buying it so i went to the person who sold the car to me. He was so supportive in a way that he said that if you feel there is a problem i feel there is problem. But he didn't do much of it. So he told me that my job is to sell Toyota car. So for the technical issues you need to talk to the service department. So I went to the service department. There the service advisor check my car that to after 4th visit in just first 2 week. She told me that they run the diagnosis and they found nothing wrong with the car. I still insist to go for a test drive and feel what problem i am talking about. So after insisting them she came with me for test drive and she found that yes there is some issue but, she couldn't figure it out specifically what's the issue. So after probably 6th visit their service manager came it to the picture and he asked me to drop the car with them for inspection. After 2 days he came to me and told me that he drove the car and he found everything alright. So i again insist him to come with me for the test drive so that i can help him understand the issue what i am talking since day 1. While doing a test drive with me he face that issue as the car suddenly went to the another Lane. Than he realized yes what i am saying is true and he escalate the issue with Toyota Canada. And they kept my brand new car with them for more than 3 weeks and after that he asked me to take it back from the showroom. When i went there to pickup the car he and sales manager came to me and asked me to read the user manual. Basically they were pretending that i have no knowledge of driving car and use of its features. So this way 2 months past. While the car was with them they told me that they drove the car almost 750kms and run many diagnosis but didn't provide me any piece of paper. After picking up the car going back home I ancounter with same issue unresolved but them. So i called them same time and told them that the is still intact and i need to resolve it but no body follow it up and no help from there side. I tried to contact Toyota Canada about it but unfortunately I found no help. I thought at the first place that Toyota has the reliable and trustworthy brand buy my all equation prove wrong. After 6 months still nobody care about the unresolved issue with the car and i am still finding way out.

Why i am writing this today because 2 days ago i went to the Westminster Toyota for my 1st service. I told them about the same issue to be resolved but again the service manager bluntly told me that they can't fix it and ask me to go to the Toyota Canada. I found that very unexpected behaviour. Its like they are just there to sell you a car aftwards you are on your own.

Very unsatisfied with the service of them all.
