Locally roasted, as fresh as it gets coffee beans. So far I've tried their Ethiopian and Guatemalan roasts which were both delicious. I'm fairly new to "good" coffee so I won't embarrass myself trying to describe them, but they know how to roast a good bean! Both batches had been roasted within the last 3-4 days and smelled heavenly.

Elina and Kevin were incredibly welcoming and helped me pick out a couple varieties to try based on my tastes. After talking with them about coffee and their business, I could tell they really love what they do. Their passion made me even more excited to delve into the world of "craft coffee". I was also happy to see all of their beans are ethically sourced/certified by various fair trade standards.

I'm psyched to have a roaster like this in Peekskill and will certainly be back for more!
