The airport is very modern and there are plenty of opportunities to pass the time during the waiting times (shopping, coffee, eating, relaxation). Safety is also very important, for which I gladly accept longer waiting times. BUT: All of this is unfortunately spoiled by some totally unmotivated, bored, arrogant airport employees (yes, it was really only the women). I've rarely seen anything so unfriendly. These employees require a great deal of additional training in dealing with customers. A cheek, this behavior! The male employees there really tried hard and seemed competent and friendly to me.
