Had 7:45 p.m. reservations on 10/14/17 for a special family night out. We were seated outside the kitchen in the noisy dining area. Wait staff was extremely slow. 2 Managers stopped by to apologize for poor service. They then let us leave after 2 hours with no entree. They paid for the appetizers and drinks we had. This was a horrible experience for my family and not at all what we expected at Morton's. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
