It amazes me that what they do is legal. I've seriously considered refinancing just to get a new company that takes on my mortgage, even if it wasn't a better rate.

Their website is atrocious! There are several huge security red flags. Oh, and I love the part where the only viable online option for payment is through Western Union. Or how the auto payments just don't work, and there's no notification that they fail or that there was anything wrong.

Or the issue I'm having now... I can't even log in! It asks me to "answer the security question," but there is no question on the whole page! Tried several browsers (oh yeah, cuz they say they don't support Chrome...).

They should be shut down. I'm surprised they have anything more than a 1.0 on Google Reviews.
