Very disappointed with Huntsville Honda. I purchased a used Mercedes Benz from them. Everything went great, including the surprise delivery, the after sales support is where this dealership seems to lack, once they get your money they do not care anymore. When I purchased this vehicle, I was told it was sent to Mercedes to get service work done, still to this date, after being promised a copy of the invoice and asking both Darwin & Ashley numerous times for it, on the phone and e-mails, I still have not gotten it or even a reply to my e-mails.
