If I could give them Zero stars they would get that! They don't standby their coil systems when they are over five years old; however, if the original home owner was still in this house, they would be under warranty. We have two A/C units that have ADP coils in place and we already had to have the coil replaced in 2015 and now the 2nd unit is down and left us without any R410 once again! This is the second time we are out over $2500 because of the substandard quality of their coils!!
Don't allow anyone to install these coil units in your home! If you purchase a Carrier product, it doesn't mean you're getting Carrier quality! Be sure to ask this of the company that installs a new HVAC for you! I hope I have saved you money and headaches with this post! If ADP were making a reliable product that they believed in, the would honor the warranty no matter who owns the home!!!
