I have visited this winery a few times and never had any issues, however today the service was extremely slow and lacking despite them being not busy. The girl who did our tasting kept disappearing which cause our tasting to take far longer than necessary and we seemed to be a nuisance rather than treated like customers. When I went to purchase my wine the cashier was very rude and distant as though we were bothering him. Tossed my receipt at me rudely and left my bagged wine far back on the counter so that I had to reach over the counter to get it without even attempting to help. If he doesn't want to be here he shouldn't be. But the fact I spent $45 on a bottle of wine should at least warrant a hello maybe a thank you and God forbid a smile. You guys have good wine but so do the other 40 wineries on this trail. I dont know that I'll be back to purchase wine from here as the experience of wine tasting is the fun part and this was the exact opposite of fun. 5 of us in this tasting wont be back and will be sure to warn others of how unpleasant this was. It was our first stop of the day and my moms birthday. Thank you for starting us off on a negative note. I look forward to the other wineries on this trail treating us better.
