If you can avoid using this company please do. They provided a highly inaccurate appraisal. Even after pointing out that their measurements were off they submitted an inaccurate proposal to our bank. With the square footage being wrong, the comps were also wrong. When pointing that out through an "appeal process" the company did not take the time to fix any of their mistakes or come out to remeasure. If an appraiser cannot measure a house properly, why trust them to value it?
