Smile, Warm and Welcoming. When I walked through the front door and asked the gentleman at the counter for information he was friendly. I then proceeded to the next room where my paperwork, finger printing and photo were taken. The wait wasn't very long. The staff is so kind and helpful. It's obvious they have a mutual respect for each other in this workplace.
