I'm not sure if they need to change their system but the wait time to see a live person is ridiculous, no one should have to sit for 5 to 6 hours just to hear them say you have to come back tmrw. People have no choice but to bring their small kids sometimes and they have no snacks or food for them because some people don't realize they have to sit around that long it's just ridiculous. They really need to revamp their system so people wouldn't have to wait so long.
