Absolutely terrible! I had an appraisal done on my home by somebody from this company, and not only were they over a half an hour late for the appointment, but they used comparables from completely different neighbourhoods and considerably inferior houses than mine, and ended up under-valuing my house by over $200,000! Completely disgusted by their lack of experience and almost screwed me over with the bank. The fact that this company is still in business absolutely boggles my mind. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
