The staff stayed at the nurses station and chit ch...

The staff stayed at the nurses station and chit chatted for hours. They couldn't be bothered to help my sick mother. She laid in bed for hours without helping her to the bathroom. Terrible dirty rooms. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
