I will never go to planned parenthood again. The staff was nice once you're in the exam room, but the front desk employees were rude and expected you to know where to go. I had my appointment over 2 weeks ago and they still have not uploaded my results to the patient portal.

Every time I try to call they never return my calls; I've left 3 voicemails with no response. I was told my results would be available in 5-10 days after my exam but I cannot get any information from anyone.

I nearly ran out of my birth control prescription because my pharmacist could not get a hold of anyone either. I know that often if you don't hear from anyone that is a good thing, but I paid money so I would like my exam results even if I know that everything is okay.

I will never give planned parenthood another cent. It's extremely unprofessional how the office handles themselves.
