I decided to lease a Chevy Volt for my commute. Tom Steffes and Chris Murphy made the whole process extremely smooth. While we mostly worked with Tom, Chris was also a large part of the process. I have purchased a number of cars from many different dealerships, and this was by far the easiest car buying/leasing experience I've ha so far. I was able to arrange most of the details via email without having to step into the dealership. Tom never pressured me or hassled me during the process. The only times I need to go to the dealership were to test drive the Volt and then do the paperwork. They even let me have the car for a 24-hour test drive so I could make sure the Volt fit into our family's lifestyle.
