Made an appointment to apply for retirement benefits. It was supposed to be by phone. Waited for three weeks. Confirmed they had correct phone #. They never called. Tried to call them. First time waited on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected. Called second time was told they had called and no answer. Told them never received call, female representative was rude and told me not to argue with her. Repeated I had never gotten call. She did tell me I would be called in about 45 minutes still waiting.
