When I purchased RV, everything went very well & smooth. Was going to give them a 5 star review...I ended up selling it shortly thereafter & that's when I encountered issues. I contacted the "business manager" to get refunded the 3 extended warranties I had purchased. After the initial call, she had said everything was taken care of, I would get the money in a couple months. So I waited 2 months, nothing. Contacted her again & she gives me the run around that I didn't sign papers, etc etc. disregarding the fact she had told me it was taken care of & the money was on the way. I had to fight more with getting the correct cancellation date. Finally got it taken care of, again, and wait again for the money. I got 2 checks, but was still missing one. Contacted her AGAIN & she tells me that comes from a different company & she will check status on Monday. Don't hear anything. Send her an email asking the status. Wait 10 days & still don't hear anything! Left a message & she finally responds saying they issue refunds once a month so I should see it in January. Really?? You've been dragging me around for 4 months, COMPLETELY disregarding the fact that you have failed at YOUR JOB, 3 TIMES NOW and not once apologized or went out of your way to make it right. COMPLETELY UNSAT BUSINESS MANAGER!!!!
