Terrible customer service. I inquired about getting Vista Broadband service to a relatively remote address in Sonoma County (though a neighbor 0.5 miles away has Vista BB service). I wasn't given any guidance on who to contact to build the network that would allow us to even sign up for Vista Broadband. I was told to look in the Yellow Pages. Huh?
