We needed a hotel close to the airport for our last night in London. After a grueling 8 day trip of business and pleasure from Ireland, England, and Scotland, we were exhausted and just wanted to crash somewhere convenient and comfortable. The hotel is very clean, smartly appointed, extremely convenient, very friendly staff, room service fantastic, and just what we needed. Exceeded expectations. Have already recommended to friends and will definitely stay again next time we're in London!
