The woman who works in the front is terribly mean....

The woman who works in the front is terribly mean. Upon entering, I was already being practically yelled at. I hadn't even said hello nor told her what I was there for. She spoke to me like I was either dumb, didn't know English, or was a child that needed to be disciplined. I was simply there for a routine fingerprint/background check that the UCLA Library requires student workers to get. And I had my IDs and paperwork all ready. She treated me like a criminal. Although the experience lasted less than 20 minutes, it truly was an awful experience.
