I recently had the unfortunate experience of crashing my drone. I contacted DJI to order the repair parts that I needed (since shipping it to a repair location wasn't an option for me) and they said they couldn't do that. I looked around on the web and found DSLRPros. I called them and after explaining my situation to Kyle and telling him what parts I wanted he checked with their repair techs to make sure that the parts I wanted would fit the drone (Phantom 4 Pro) and then sent me an invoice. The parts were shipped quickly and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the parts were damaged during shipping and unusable. I called them and explained the situation, then sent them an e-mail with attached pictures at their request. They contacted me again saying that replacements for the parts damaged during shipping had been sent and would arrive shortly. These ones arrived without incident and I was able to get back up and flying shortly thereafter. My overall experience was great. They re polite, professional, and care about their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend DSLRPros to anyone and know that I will be contacting them again in the future for any drone repair needs (though hopefully not any time soon since I just got my drone fixed).
