Stayed at the Fairmont for one night. Our double queen bedroom was very clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was huge and we even had a walk-in closet! One negative is that WiFi was not complementary. Also on our night there, the next door guests were extremely loud in the middle of the night. We had to call the desk twice and they promptly send up a security guard to keep the peace. I didn't expect this type of behavior from guests visiting this expensive and elegant hotel but there's not much the hotel can do about it other then send up security as they did here. We stayed here because we wanted to experience a SF historic hotel but if you're not into that then you can get a better value elsewhere.
