Not sure who was driving at 1:00pm on 11/3/20 near...

Not sure who was driving at 1:00pm on 11/3/20 near watt Avenue but as they were exiting the freeway there was a Caltrans work truck and employee working near the freeway and the Jensen company pick up truck drove really close to the Caltrans vehicle. Just remember drive professionally especially when in a company vehicle.
