Love this dealership! Just bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Sam and he was an amazing salesman. He really took the time to listen to all our needs and wants and delivered the perfect vehicle for us. WE fell in love at first sight. The finance team is the best, really worked hard for us and got us exactly what we needed and wanted. Even though we're moving to Colorado in a few weeks, we drive back in a few years to buy my daughters first car here. I will buy all my cars from this dealership in the future! Love the service and the people at Shottenkirk Waukee Chevy!!!!!

UPDATE: Even though we live in Colorado now, the service at Shottenkirk continues to be amazing. We had a minor issue (alignment and tires) with our new Tahoe and reached out to Shottenkirk for help since we felt this new car shouldn't be having these problems yet. Paul DeYarmin worked with us every step of the way to get our issue resolved. His quick response and positive/supportive attitude made all the difference in the world. He turned what could of been a stressful situation into a smooth resolution. I continue to be amazed at the service from Shottenkirk. I've told my family in Iowa that they NEED to buy their cars from Shottenkirk, they won't find better service anywhere else.
