We booked via booking and paied when we arrived they said no rooms available which was really disappointing
They gave us a suite instead in the first floor which was extremely noisy then we changed again wasted our time in changing all the rooms
No toothpaste
No flip flops for bathroom
Took ages to check in
Bathroom was leaking
Bad smell from bathroom
No water no nescafe no tea no nothing in the rooms
Breakfast taste really bad
The interiordesign is nice and vintage but that's it and yes rude service i was struggling with my bags and they were watching
