Been a member for about a month and they've screwe...

Been a member for about a month and they've screwed me twice. They charged me an overdraft fee when I had never once been negative and they bounced a check after it had cleared (and it was marked on my account as cleared). Then the manager and the person I spoke with were both rude, unhelpful, and un professional. They wouldn't listen to me not would they answer my questions. I have previously been a Wells Fargo customer for years and I am switching back to them because even though they don't offer as much "credit" support they have never once screwed me over and they have always had my back.
