We were greeted at Lazy Boy ii Kitchener by Robert and he was very polite and friendly but not pushy .We were given all the time we needed to look at the products that interested us and when we had come to a decision he explained the various options to us in order to satisfy our needs.We ordered our chair and are now patiently waiting for the delivery date.
