Even though we have moved 90 miles from Fort Lauderdale, when it came time to replace our queen sized futon which took up the entirety of the guest room, there was only one place we would shop. And that was despite the fact that the Danish manufacturer of the sofa bed we wanted, Innovation Living, has a dealer closer to us. Futon Company is easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and professional. Axel answered all of our questions, provided accurate lead times and their pricing is more than competitive. They delivered on time and within the promised date window. And the delivery driver, Gary was a professional joy. He left the room possibly cleaner than it was when he arrived. I think of him now more a friend than workman. While I don't anticipate needing another futon, if I ever do, there is only one place I'd shop for it.
