This is an awful company. I had an emergency appointment last night between 9pm and 12am. No one came. No call, nothing. I called up the customer service representative and some woman said a dispatcher would call me. Never did. I called up this morning and a different woman on phone could careless, she had 0 explanation as to why they wasted my time. Awful company. I'm leaving reviews everywhere. And filing with BBB.
