Hello everyone, my name is Vipul Ranjane working as an intern in IKSC Knowledge Bridge. It was very important to know strengths and weaknesses within me .Psychometric test helped me to find out strengths and weaknesses. After taking different views of various domains from Mr. Atul Patil I chose Power train and Durability as my learning path. Currently I have been working on different Cad and Analysis software .Meanwhile, I am working on my communication skills and industry tools like Six Sigma, Value Engineering and GD&T etc. From my perspective, it is very important to develop overall personality. So IKSC is the best place for those who are looking for career rather than just a job.
