I have dealt with these people for about 5 years and was happy where I was positioned on google but now I have to leave their business and have asked for a small favor, a redirect. Similar to when you change phone carriers you take you number with you. They have refused to help in any way and say that if I don't want to experience any interruptions I should just stay with them. I now understand why they have such poor reviews. I can only say how disappointed I am to be treated so poorly after 5 years of paying my bill on time every month.
