I'm done with this company they knowingly and intentionally sold me defective subwoofers and even told me this over the phone! Now that the other subwoofer lasted about a month they want me to pay for all the shipping charges for a subwoofer they knew was gonna fail! Mind you these subwoofers are still under warranty and they would rather you keep replacing them instead of them fixing the problem with a replacement subwoofer of a different brand.

Once they got your money there done with you, your on your own!
