We were on the last tour of the day (4pm), our guides David and Sarah were really informative, engaging and friendly. The caverns aren't that extensive but it takes about an hour to complete the tour as a result of the amount of history and Information to be absorbed. The floor is smooth and not challenging. Whilst there are a few steps in the cavern itself it's largely accessed by gentle ramps. The attached cafe and gift shop are nice too but all in all it's not somewhere you can really spend more than a couple of hours.
