I signed up for a plan with Service One about two ...

I signed up for a plan with Service One about two months ago. I scheduled the annual check of our AC unit right away because we have had some issues and the system hasn't been running well, still operational, but not great. The earliest they could schedule me was July 18, 2019, though I was wanting to get the AC checked as soon as possible. Took half a day off and when I called to confirm the appointment I was told that they had cancelled the appointment. If I hadn't called I would have been sitting at home waiting for half a day.

I love the service when the technicians come out. These are great people who do great work, but I am incredibly frustrated that I had to wait nearly two months for an appointment, took time off of work, and only discovered I wasn't going to get the service requested when I called.
