My first time first impression was that the place is very clean and has a groovy interior (ceilings lights and black pipes). My haircut appointment was with Suzy and she is so personable and welcoming. The consultation process was great- she listened patiently to what I wanted done to my hair and also gave me her own suggestions. The head massage she gave me at the time of my hair wash was so relaxing. And she did exactly what I wanted with layers. Also she would give me an update on what she is doing which is great. I just hate it when hair stylists go on for a full hour doing stuff with you hair and don't tell you what they're doing, so you're in a mystery as to what is going on. I found my new go-to salon!
