Personally, I have nothing wrong with the field, this people are nice, you can use your own bb's. But the thing that makes me furious with this place is that the selection, the repair "guarantee", and other things relating to it. I had recently bought a ICS BLE XAE (Tan) and had tried to get it fixed because of problems, they ended up finding a rock in the actual mechanism in the first place so they couldn't do a swap out. I was alright with this but the dude trying to handle the gun was forcing lots of parts and sometimes almost losing them. They had found out that one of the mags I had bought was broken (literally 2 days after I bought it) so I asked can I swap the mag out at least. They said no because it has "wear" on it even after the dude was using the mag and being rough with it. I do not agree with the customer service, return policy, selection, and quality of guns sold. But I have no problem with the field.
