House Studio looked good online, however when I used their services, it was a very disappointing experience. I had a music video done with them, which was terrible. Other people and I were laughing as we were watching the video as it was that bad. It took them a very long time to get it to me as well. Different lies were told over days and I did not receive it for a while. So, it was a daily headache dealing with them in order to get my service. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and deceitful setup in my life. I was so fed up that eventually that I told them to simply give me the footage and that I will be paying a company that is reliable and professional to re edit and shoot certain parts of the video again. Then, House did something illegal and did not give the music video and the footage. They told me to pick one, once again making things more complicated for me once again. I received the footage after a week with another round of lies when it is supposed to take less than an hour to transfer the files.
I also recorded a track at House and they refused to do a second round of edits on the track even though the policy is three edits. I needed a very minor edit done and told them how it would be complicated and cost more money to take it to another studio to edit. I was even willing to pay House more! The manager selfishly refused to help, saying "the studio is all booked up". So, once they have taken the clients money, they do not care much for the client.
Another major problem with House is that they have one person who handles all of the bookings and communication between the artists and the studio, which is ridiculous a setup that I have never seen before. Every studio has different people handling all this work. This is where quality work starts getting sacrificed and where House cuts corners.
I want to describe the whole picture accurately and would like to add that one of their engineers has done some good work for me, but that doesn't take away from the fact that seeking their services is bad idea to all the other problems. If you are a famous client, they might treat you well, but if you an aspiring artist as I am and need to use different services to move forward, House is a terrible place to be. I ended up wasting time, money, and energy with them. There are plenty of great studios around the area and this isn't worth the headache, learn from my experience. I have been working with another studio now and can see how professional studios operate and how they can do great work.
