The Bactria Cultural Center is a place where you can learn a lot. In Bactria, various events are regularly held to improve the cultural life. The center annually organizes jazz concerts and the Bob Music Award. There are different language courses for students of different levels to help them learn a new language. Also in Bactria there is a small library where many books in French and other languages are collected.
