First I am appreciative that people worked during Covid. However I don't understand how it falls on the consumer to add 2% to their purchase to subsidize wages for employees. Your employees do deserve more- but not from the consumer.

Second. Recently went in to purchase flex floor. Boxes labeled 37 dollars however once at the register I was informed that there were 2 units in each box, meaning that it was actually 71 dollars per box. The manager was unwilling to sell the box at the labeled price.

Third- buyer beware. If you buy certain products. A massager for example this could be considered a personal care product that you can not receive a refund for.

If an item is not eligeable for a refund, it seems practically that should be labeled or have signage somewhere.

In conclusion. I'm not sure what management is doing here, but for certain, I will no longer be a customer. The deals are barely deals and certainly not worth the hassel.
