We ordered your menu for 4 on New Year's Eve. The collection went smoothly which is not unimportant. All dishes were top and my company thought that too. A restaurant more than worthy of your name. I myself only had some problems with the dessert which I found quite "heavy". After dinner it was already said: "we will go back next year", but hopefully we can come to your restaurant before! We're looking forward to it.
