I was actually always satisfied until I left shortly before the end of the order (25 minutes) I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, so it would not have taken 2 minutes. As I go up the escalator, the security man looks at me from below. When I got to the top, he said cheekily to me as well as they came up, so they can go down again. He felt too powerful in his role as security.
However, I will edit this comment from a star to five stars, since only the security man dealt with me badly and the owner had shown reasonable.
