Poor Customer Service
When I arrived to pick up my car it was being hurriedly cleaned.
S, it was not ready when I arrived to collect at the time that was booked .
In fact, I was waiting for 45 minutes.

There was huge emphasis on returning promptly and insurance top ups.

The van was washed and I saw it being vacuumed but there was no time to ensure it was clean.
The windscreen was filthy.
There was no fuel .
I had to find a station to refuel straight away instead of doing what I had planned.
Worst customer service.
