I have seen some really negative reviews, and while I cannot speak for anyone else's experience, it seems that all depends on the recruiter you get.

I have had NOTHING but great experiences when I worked with Winston from 2015 to 2018. After I sent them my resume in April 2015, I immediately received a call, got tested, and was offered a position at Barnard College. After 6 months, that assignment ended, however, in 2 weeks, I was at another assignment. From November 2015 until March 2018 I worked at that company. I asked for and received raises, albeit small, every 6 months, and was grateful that my recruiter was open to getting me more money (salary went up by $5 per hour over that period of time). In March, I was finally hired permanently at the company, with a much higher rate, and I am still here today.

I have to say, Winston really did well for me, and for everyone at my company who worked for them. Going with Winston was the best decision I made in my career so far.
