On 11/04/2017 I took my 2013 Ford escape in for an oil change. Tony Ho checked up on me to see how was everything and the status of my car. While I was waiting we had a conversation about trading in my car. He was so awesome and took his time with me. I ended up with my new car at the end of day. I give him A++++++ to infinity and beyond.
