I went to my friends wedding reception where they had Matt as a DJ. When I asked for a song, he told me: "later" (I left over a hour later without having heard my song). He played Country that nobody danced to and nobody asked for. If I would've been the bride I would've been furious and probably would've asked him to leave. When you pay for an event like that.. probably the biggest event of your life.. you expect the DJ to play what YOU and your guests want, not the music the DJ likes best. Matt seemed to not care what anyone wanted to hear. He didn't seem to care when nobody danced, nor when he was told to play the requested songs by the bride and groom. The last thing you want as the bride and groom is for your guests to come up and complain that the DJ won't play their songs. All in all, he seemed non-observant of the crowd! He didn't play the songs that most DJ's would play at an event like this and he didn't even play the Dedication song the bride and groom had requested for their parents. Poor service!
