Spoke with Ivan upon arrival regarding cv driver side throwing grease. He was not sure warranty would cover issue. However. The lady on the initial call said it was covered. Cleaning the rotor and brake pad but left the rest.. I don't have a secure feeling about even the basic warranty at this point. 26,500 miles Felt like I had to argue my way thru this. Also talked about my hemi engine tick. Ivan said was normal...others say it's not normal...I would like to attach a video with sound but I don't see an attachment icon. I need to know. Why should i buy another Dodge? Basic Warranty is questionable at this point. Not a good experience...what happened to providing customer service with less stress....
