Ha d to wait longer for my rep to come out to get my car because he was tied up with another customer. Would not have been that bad but 4 other people came in after me and left well before me. I called twice to get somebody to come out then finally they sent somebody else out to get it. They did call and apologize before I had to go pick it up.
