I felt compelled today to write a review for Service One because my dad made an appointment today in advance and he took off work specifically for the appointment. The day of never called or came so my dad called them and a women answered who clearly didn't care and said his appointment was rescheduled and my dad said he wasnt informed. I just think this was really unprofessional and clearly you guys don't care about your customers.
